Patriot Pit Stop is now and has been my “mechanic”. The service is friendly, convenient and outstanding. Most importantly is the integrity of the personnel at this Patriot Pit Stop . They are honest about what is needed for my car and they are quick to make appointments for my needs. I pick up a business card each time I am there and have recommended them to many of my co-workers and friends.

Patriot Pit Stop happens to be miles above any competitor that I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. This establishment was actually fun to go to. The personnel that work there seem to be really knowledgeable and passionate about working on automobiles. The technicians were very forthcoming with every detail as to what was wrong with my vehicle. The managers were very understanding with the fact that I wasn’t able to have all of the identified work completed at that time. They even went so far to prioritize what needed to be completed immediately and stuff that could wait. It’s really nice to have a place that happens to be on base that the personnel actually care about giving not only great service but a quality experience as well. As long as I’m stationed here these are the only people that I’m letting touch any of my vehicles.
These guys have done a lot of work on my jeep since . They’re always fair with pricing and honest with their time estimates. They also consistently call with updates when necessary which is great. I recently had an issue where they replaced 2 bolts and 3 nuts on my car, and later when I put winter tires on, I discovered that one of the bolts was cross threaded. We really couldn’t tell if it was damaged in the shop or if it was an already damaged part of the previous issue (which could’ve easily been the case), but the manager was kind enough to give me the benefit of the doubt and replaced all 5 bolts with no charge for labor (just parts)!! I never leave reviews like this, but seeing as the shop just rebranded and given the excellent service I’ve received there, I feel it’s the least they deserve. Great shop!
I want to say “thank you” to the Patriot Pit Stop team. They really helped me out and I want them to know I appreciate them! I was late in picking up my car and they went out of their way to take care of me. They were so nice and professional throughout the entire process – they could’ve easily been rude to me when I arrived late with my two kids :). Thanks again Patriot Pit Stop!
